Cleanliness could use significant improvement, especially in the bathtub!!! Windows poorly sealed may allow cold air in during high winds!!! Lobby atmosphere feels isolated and is impacted by leaking water!!! Electric switch sockets outdated!!!

The room was clean and airy with a view over city. The accommodation had a very central location in a nice neighbourhood. The service offered was terrific.

I booked neat modern room with attentive housekeeping. Location: the hotel was close enough to the embassy. Easily reached Kababji, located at a medium distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

Extremely accommodating and helpful. The cafe Gaia attached to the hotel was a good surprise, serving delicious meals. I did notice some areas could use a bit more cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms.

clean, clean, clean
The hotel was clean, including the community areas, made for a pleasant environment. The staff were helpful, with one standout being Hadil from reception, who always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was rich and offered plenty of choices, much more than I expected from a three-star hotel!

The Beautiful Double room was spacious with a comfy sofa. I loved that there was a tea maker in the room and coffee available in the lobby all day. It had a cozy vibe, but I wouldn't say it was great in cleanliness.

The room was spacious, and the fresh decorations. The staff was attentive, especially Yazan at the front desk, who offered great restaurant recommendations. The nearby cafes and shops were a hit with our family.
My wife says that adding a microwave would make it easier for families with kids.
