Cleanliness could use significant improvement, especially in the bathtub!!! Windows poorly sealed may allow cold air in during high winds!!! Lobby atmosphere feels isolated and is impacted by leaking water!!! Electric switch sockets outdated!!!

The staff truly made my stay exceptional. they were
extremely accommodating and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed during my trip. The cafe Gaia attached to the hotel was a delightful surprise, serving delicious meals. However, I did notice some areas could use a bit more cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms.

clean, clean, clean
The hotel was clean, including the community areas, which made for a pleasant environment. The staff were helpful, with one standout being Hadil from reception, who always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was rich and offered plenty of choices, much more than I expected from a three-star hotel!

The Deluxe Double room was spacious with a comfy sofa, which was perfect for relaxing. I loved that there was a tea maker in the room and coffee available in the lobby all day. The bathroom was nice too, but I did notice some cleaning dust leftover from renovations. Overall, it had a cozy vibe, but I wouldn't say it was top-notch in cleanliness.
